Do affirmations just not work for you? Maybe you need a bridge thought instead.
When the affirmations we are using are a little too far from our current reality, mour brain resists them, which essentially keeps us stuck.
When this happens, use a bride thought.
Bridge thoughts are the thoughts that help to take us from here to there.
For example, if "I am rich" feels too unbelievable, try "I am finding ways to increase my wealth."
Instead of "I am thin and healthy" try "I am moving my body in healthy ways each and every day."
