I work with highly sensitive people and recovering people-pleasers who are done playing small. They’re ready to stop burning out, reclaim their energy, and discover who they are outside of what they do for everyone else. They want practical tools to regulate their emotions, set boundaries without guilt, reconnect with their own needs and desires, and bring more joy, peace, and balance into their lives—while finally learning that saying “no” doesn’t make them a bad person.
I don’t work with people who are only looking for validation without showing up for themselves. (Yes, I can nod, empathize, and hand out virtual gold stars—but real change requires action!) I also don’t work with those who aren’t ready to take accountability or embrace the sometimes messy, uncomfortable, and delightfully awkward process of personal growth.

Hey, friend! Let me introduce myself. I’m a cat mom, plant lover, and someone who’s probably spent more time people-pleasing than I’d like to admit. I know what it feels like to be the chronically kind over-giver, to lose yourself in trying to make everyone else happy, and to wonder if you’re “too much" or "not enough." I’ve totally been there! AND I also know there’s so much more joy to be found on the other side.
As a life coach, I help highly sensitive people and recovering people-pleasers learn how to not only navigate but minimize burnout, reclaim their energy, and finally start living life on their own terms. I understand the guilt of taking space, the hesitation of saying no, and the struggle of wanting to care for others without losing yourself in the process.
I bring empathy, warmth, and a little bit of quirky humor to every session, because growth doesn’t have to be all serious business. Together, we’ll find your boundaries, honor your needs, and help you step into a life that feels more like you.
