I help highly sensitive people, empaths, and recovering people-pleasers stop living in guilt, over-giving, and self-doubt—and start creating lives rooted in self-trust, clarity, and emotional safety.


If you’ve spent years prioritizing everyone else’s needs, second-guessing yourself, or feeling responsible for other people’s emotions, you’re not broken—you’re just well-practiced at survival. Through one-on-one coaching, I help you untangle people-pleasing patterns, strengthen healthy boundaries, process emotions without overwhelm, and reconnect with your inner authority.


My work is especially supportive for sensitive, highly intuitive people who want to feel grounded in their decisions and secure in who they are—without abandoning their kindness or empathy in the process.

If you’re a highly sensitive person or recovering people-pleaser, feeling uncomfortable doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It often means you’re becoming aware of deeply practiced patterns—over-giving, self-abandonment, or staying quiet to keep the peace. These behaviors weren’t flaws; they were learned responses that once helped you feel safe, connected, or accepted.


I help highly sensitive people identify the patterns that are holding them back and gently create lasting change that honors their kind heart and sensitivity. Discomfort is a sign of growth, not failure, and with the right support, you can build self-trust, healthy boundaries, and confidence—without hardening or losing who you are.

There Is another way to live

Living in constant guilt, emotional overwhelm, or self-doubt is not the price you have to pay for being kind, sensitive, or empathetic. For highly sensitive people and recovering people-pleasers, there is a better way to live—one where you feel grounded in your decisions, confident in your boundaries, and connected to yourself without fear of disappointing others. You don’t have to keep choosing between your needs and your relationships.


Through coaching, you can learn how to trust yourself, regulate your emotions, and communicate clearly without over-explaining or apologizing. The result is a life that feels calmer, more spacious, and deeply aligned—where you honor your sensitivity, create healthier relationships, and make choices from clarity instead of obligation. This is what it looks like to live with self-respect, emotional freedom, and inner peace.

About Me

Hi!  I'm MaryAnn Walker. As someone who was raised in a high-demand religion, I was taught that self-sacrifice was the path to happiness—that being "nice", accommodating, and putting everyone else’s needs first was not only expected, but the only way to happiness. So I did exactly that. I placed other's wants, wishes, and desires above my own, believing that if I just gave enough, peace, love, connection and fulfillment would follow. Instead, I felt burned out, confused about why I wasn't experiencing more fulfilling connection and disconnected from my authentic self. What I was promised would bring joy and connection was actually bringing pain.


Through coaching and my own inner work, everything changed. I learned how to honor my sensitivity instead of overriding it, how to set boundaries that strengthened my relationships, and how to listen to my nervous system instead of pushing past it. 


Today, I am more at peace, less anxious, and living more authentically—and happier—than I ever thought possible. My relationships are stronger, my nervous system is calmer, and I didn’t have to shut down my sensitivity to get here. I simply needed to better understand it. Now, I help highly sensitive people and recovering people-pleasers do the same— create lives rooted in clarity, connection, and self-trust.
